The Murray Standard Navigator (the "Service") is operated by Arthur Murray ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides educational tools and information to help you understand medical billing and insurance processes. We do not provide medical advice, legal advice, or professional representation. All responses, summaries, and guidance are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns and a licensed attorney for legal matters.
Using this platform does not create an attorney-client relationship, a provider-patient relationship, or any other professional relationship.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: using it for unlawful purposes; engaging in fraud, spam, or abuse; infringing intellectual property rights; or interfering with the Service's security (e.g. malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical limits). You also agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, content, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles card processing, billing, and applicable taxes. By making a purchase you also agree to Stripe's End User Terms. See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Some features use generative AI. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for having the right to submit any content you provide. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs, and remove content or suspend accounts for repeated or serious misuse.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
