Refunds are issued through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, please contact us and we will process it through your original payment method. You can also manage your subscription and view your billing history any time from your account page.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing. If you cancel outside the refund window above, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
