I truly believe my purpose is to serve and support others. That mission has shaped my career and given me patience, deep empathy and strong communication skills. After five years of preparing, taking this leap of faith has been a blessing. Serving people is where I excel.
My background includes Tyee High School, Hi-Tech Institute (AA-CNIT) and Everest College (MAA), alongside hands-on experience at Rainier Surgical and Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW). These experiences gave me a broad view of healthcare—and showed me a critical information gap. When patients aren't given clear guidance, they face surprise bills, unnecessary stress and difficult decisions about whether they can afford to continue their care.
Navigating insurance plans, deductibles, out-of-pocket costs, referrals and prior authorizations shouldn't feel impossible. I understand the skepticism around AI. I built this platform to bridge that information gap: an accessible, intuitive, multilingual place where patients can better understand their coverage, ask informed questions and navigate toward the care they deserve.
