I've spent years in hospital billing and Medicaid insurance customer service, and I've sat across from — and on the phone with — countless patients who were confused, overwhelmed, or just didn't know where to turn. I've seen how hard it can be to find clear answers when you're already stressed about your health.
That's why I built The Murray Standard. My hope is that this app gives you a better understanding of your medical bills, your insurance, and what options are available to you when something feels wrong — or when you simply have questions and don't know where to go.
